What happens after you get in touch
We will ask you a few questions about what is happening — when it started, what it affects, whether anything has changed recently in the house or building. For some jobs that is enough to quote over the phone. For most, we will schedule a visit so we can look at the panel and test the circuits before putting a number on it.
If you have a genuine safety concern right now — a burning smell, a hot outlet or panel, scorch marks, sparking, or you have lost power to part of a building — call rather than filling in a form, and say that it is urgent. Do not open the panel yourself and do not keep resetting a breaker that keeps tripping. A breaker that trips repeatedly is doing its job and telling you something.
