Smart home systems, Wi-Fi thermostats, cameras, and network cabling — installed and configured by a licensed electrician. That last part is the difference. A great deal of this equipment is sold as a weekend project and ends up half working: a doorbell on a transformer that cannot drive it, cameras on a mesh network that drops them at the far corner of the property, a thermostat without a common wire, and an access point in a cupboard.

What we install and set up
- Structured network cabling — Ethernet runs from a central location to the places that need a real connection: offices, televisions, access points, cameras, a printer that keeps dropping off Wi-Fi. Terminated properly at both ends and tested, not crimped optimistically and hoped over.
- Wireless access point cabling and placement, so coverage comes from hardware in the right places rather than from a single router working beyond its means.
- Cameras and doorbells, including the power side people forget: a transformer that can actually drive the doorbell, and cable routed where weather and sunlight will not destroy it in two summers.
- Smart thermostats, including running the common wire that the existing cable usually lacks — the single most frequent reason a thermostat install stalls.
- Smart switches, dimmers and receptacles, which need a neutral in the box and a dimmer matched to the load. An older box may have no neutral at all, and that is a wiring conversation before it is a device conversation.
- Smart panels, connected breakers and monitoring where you want to see consumption per circuit rather than a single monthly number.
- Phone, coax, speaker and security cabling, and the tidy-up of what is already there — a labelled point of termination instead of a knot in a cupboard.

How we approach it
We start with what you want the building to do, not with a product list. Where you want reliable network, what you want to see and from where, what you want to control, and what already exists that is worth keeping. That conversation usually shortens the job — a lot of what people assume needs replacing needs re-terminating.
Then we look at the physical realities: where cable can actually be run, where the termination point should live, whether the boxes have neutrals, whether the attic is workable in July, and whether a run should be inside the wall or in raceway. We will tell you which walls have to be opened, if any, before we start rather than while we are standing in the room.
We install, terminate, test each run, label both ends, and set the devices up with you — on your network, with your accounts, doing the thing you wanted. Then we show you what we did, because a system nobody can administer after the installer leaves is not finished.
Where a device needs its own supply, that becomes a dedicated circuit done to the same standard as any other circuit we install.
